Ashley is hands down the best worker there. She made sure all my needs were met and the communication was exemplary over the phone and what can I say about the arrangement itself, is IS the BEST gift I’ve ever received from this place. Not to mention the TEN STAR customer service I’ve received from Adrian. Definitely ordering from here in the future. I also want to mention even though they were incredibly busy that week my arrangement was still PERFECT!!!

I am so grateful and thankful for Carla (not sure if I’m spelling her name right) and her co worker. 5/5 ⭐️ From customer service to customer care, Carla made sure I walked out of there satisfied and that’s exactly what happened. Not to mention I had a bad experience at a different location. I will be coming back to this location in the future!

The 3rd party I originally used did not deliver as expected. So, I went to the store and selected arrangements that were on-site to deliver myself. Marisol helped me shop and make great selections: fruit arrangement and chocolate dipped fruits. Gift was very well received! Thank you!

First I wanna start off with saying thank you so much to everyone at this fine establishment for this absolutely gorgeous and incredibly organized arrangement my dear frail mother has received. I ordered a board of sweets and oh boy oh boy! They did NOT disappoint in the slightest! In fact, they went above and beyond and not only that, the customer service was excellent and straightforward. A 11/10 would order again. P.S my mother loved it!

I wish I can give you 0 starts, very dishonest and crooked business, on 08/26/204 I was trying to place an order for my wife just because, I attempted to place the order online and I got 2 errors that said "Error your order did not go thru" ( I've used their website before it is different now) I though well let me call them to see if they can see my order no answer so I left them a voice message, ( never received a call back) I checked my bank account and there was no charges, I got busy with a client at work so about an hour later since I did not hear back and I did not received an email confirmation I assumed the order did not go thru, I went online again and this time the order went thru but I saw on their check out an option to pay an additional $5 for a 1 hour delivery I thought it's getting late I will pay the extra. so instead of $109 in the early morning I paid $115 no big deal. Later on my wife sends me a text to thank me for the order, Great! when I arrived home after work 7:30pm my wife gives me a kiss and says why did you send 2 arrangements? Immediately I thought OMG no way, checked my bank account and sure thing the last transaction went thru 1st and the prior one after. I thought no big deal I'll call tomorrow and they should see that this was a mistake. I called today and the lady that answer the phone said no we are not refunding or fixing anything because you placed the order not us, and the amounts are different and at different times, I asked to speak to the manager, Carla gets on the phone and I tell her the entire story again and she tells me the same thing again because it's different prices she can't do anything I said it is different because I paid the extra $5 the second time to expedite since your website told me it was not going thru an I wanted to make sure my wife got her arrangement, She proceeds to lecture me saying "let me explain it to you so you understand" You placed the order we made it beautiful and fresh and delivered it to your wife on time and she was very happy that is why I cant help you she also had me verify my email address and said you got notifications for both orders I said no I did not only one she insisted YES YOU DID, I said why did no one called me back yesterday all day after I left a voice message saying that I had issues with your website and wanted to verify that the transactions did or didn't go thru, her response was, we were very busy and had many orders to fulfill and since on your massage you didn't specifically said I want to cancel my order we didn't bother. I'm currently checking my Edible account and it only shows 1 order delivered yesterday, so why does it not show 2 like it should right? why did my bank account get charged for the 1st order after the 2nd one went thru? Did you force charge my account? What should have been a good experience got tarnished by an incompetent poorly trained employees I have all the proof and could actually take this further but I think social media and your reputation will do justice I should have seen your Google reviews rating 2.7 that explains everything. This is a clear reflection of your entitled employees that have no clue how to treat customers who really are the ones paying your salary. If you are the owner and are seeing this I asked for your number and was told I could not have it, bad employees can cost you your business. SHAME SHAME SHAME..... Thieves

THE STAFF!! So friendly and patient. She walked me through lots of options… she notice I wasn’t totally thrilled and went over balloons and other add on options. I’m just in town for a few days and needed to get something really nice but really quick. My order was even ready early during this crazy holiday time. This gift to welcome a new baby is perfect. Thanks again guys.

Where do I start… today I called into this location to see if I could come in for a last minute gift for my sister’s bday. I was told that yes. I asked what time did they close and the guy said in 30 minutes which would’ve been 6pm. That was odd because the website states 7pm. I arrived at the location within 8mins and the door was locked @5:38pm. I knocked for about 5min until a rude man came talking to me through the door.. over the counter 🤯 I told him what we spoke about over the phone and this man shook his head yes and went to the back. I thought he was going to get keys to help me with making my sister’s day special…. Nope! That man cut off the lights and never came back! The disrespect! I’ll never forget what this companies employee did to me.

I ordered an Edible Arrangement for my mother's birthday to be delivered. A day after delivery with the fruit in a refrigerator, the pineapple strawberries and cantaloupe began to mold. When I contacted the company the following day, I was told that is what happens to fruit and they would not remake or reimburse us. We provided photos to a rude manager that again declined the remake or reimbursement. I will not recommend this location or establishment to anyone that seeks something nice for their family.
