I really wanted to love Humble, but I was disappointed with the tofu scramble burrito and caramel latte. The burrito had a sour taste, and the flavors felt underwhelming. The latte also didn’t meet my expectations. I hope the recipe can be improved because I love the concept of this place!

I love a coffee shop with early morning hours! Came across this lovely drive-thru in Colorado Springs. With all the wonderful options I decided on a specialty drink The Wildflower. A warm chai w/Hemp milk. This drink warmed my soul!✨️ Very nice customer service with a come back again smile...and I will 😊

First time trying Humble Coffee. It’s been highly rated by many so I thought it was time to try it myself. I went through the drive through. Only took a few minutes to make my coffee. I ordered a medium Matrix (white chocolate latte with white espresso) for $7.03. Overall it was a good experience. The girls working inside were nice. The coffee itself is incredibly smooth, which I think is why many people are rating it so well. It’s not overly sugary either which is a plus. The only reason I have it a four star is because I don’t think it’s memorable. Theirs nothing “unique” that pops out in the coffee itself that screams, yes… this is Humble coffee. Starbucks has its unique taste and so does Dutch Bros. This coffee is just smooth like I’ve tasted at Ziggis, Scooters, and Loyal. I do recommend this coffee place. It’s still really good coffee. Just missing the unique twist to it. I’ll have to try a different coffee next time I come :)

I stopped today and got a delicious small vanilla latte for $6. I was out on a bike ride with my dog and took a break to have some coffee at the bench before heading home. My beverage was great! I had a lovely conversation with the barista - she was kind and sweet. They gave my dog a biscuit too! Support local small businesses and swing by Humble Coffee sometime if you’re in the area.

I arrived at 5:58 which is close to closing, however, when the staff sees you, the open sign is lit up……..does not acknowledge you and couldn’t even open the window to say they were closed… it’s plain rude. Instead they ignored me and closed the blinds after a few minutes…. Will not be coming back…. The original Humble Hut employees would have at least acknowledged me… very disappointed!
