Dutch Bros Coffee

I consider myself an expert level, devout Dutch customer. However, after my third trip to this location, I don’t think I will be going back. Each time the drive-through was at least 45 minutes or longer in a line that would’ve taken any other location 10 minutes to get through. This past time, I sat at the window for 15 minutes, watching them make drinks for cars behind me after I had waited in line for 30 min. The drinks are way more ice than usual Leaving only a couple ounces of what I ordered. I’m extremely sad because I’ve waited years for The western slope to receive a Dutch Bros, but I think from here and now I will stick to supporting local.

My actual complaint is with the drive through service. The last 2 nights I have waited in line for 17 and 20 min. respectively and then told they are closed. I waited behind 6 cars one night and 5 tonight Maybe they should close at 9 if it takes that long to get a cup of coffee. The poor girl got an earful from me and maybe Dutch Brothers wants to pony up the money I spent in fuel just sitting there. "We can't get overtime" was the reason they gave me for closing and turning away customers who had been waiting while they were open.

First off the staff was amazing! Patient and helpful and I appreciated the smile. Now the coffee. It's not worth the wait or money. Almost $8 for a coffee that tastes like Starbucks. Go local The Coffee Trader is so much better.

It would be really great and beneficial if they had their mobile app working for mobile orders and mobile pick ups either in the drive-through or walk up window because the drive-through line is ridiculously long and takes way too long. I entered the line at 9:30 and I exited before even ordering at 9:50 because I was going to be late for work. I figured I’d budget an extra 30 minutes for this line and it still was not enough.

Wait times are stupid long. They don’t know how to use the mobile order the way it should be used. If you going to open said establishment you should plan accordingly and consider all factors for business success. How do people who order their drink at the window get their coffee before mobile orders pick ups? Sad to see a good brand wasted by poor management

I ordered two blended rebels. Neither of them were blended. I was the third person in line as soon as they opened it took 20 minutes for me to get my two drinks because the lady at the window was more interested in talking to the first car then dealing with the customers I am not happy

I arrived at 6:30am and had only 3 cars in front of me. The lady taking orders did a terrible job getting through the cars that arrived first. I sat and waited for the lady to take my order but as a new car kept pulling up she’d leave the line of cars that was already PREVIOUSLY WAITING, to take the order of the new car that were pulling up. I finally had enough and placed an order online but had to pick it up in the drive thru because I was blocked in. A few cars did leave the line after ordering because THEY ARE SO SLOW. You’d think for a coffee place they would be faster considering people need to get to work. Waiting 30 mins in this line at 6:30am with barely anyone there is absolutely ridiculous. I asked the lady if they could put stoppers on the drinks… they never did and I had 4 drinks. (Which spilled in my car while driving) Since it took them so long to get through the line I of course ended up being late to work. I live on the other side of town and made sure to get there and have enough time to get my drink and get to work. I’ve been to other locations in Denver, California, and Florida and I’ve never had such a bad experience till today. Please be aware that if you are trying to get something before you have to be somewhere consider getting there an hour or two hours in advance.

Fast service and good flavor. Thats where it stops. My extra hot drink was not even warm and my husband's drink was the wrong size. Maybe just pay attention to detail. I would rather wait extra for the correct order than what we received.
