El yogurt congelado nunca esta funcionando! Y los empleados no hacen mucho para ayudar no les importa nada de su trabajo. Deberían emplear gente con ganas de trabajar y con buen trato al cliente.

Came in specifically for a sandwich at 515 (they close at 6) and was turned away, since they didn't want to mess up their sandwich prep station. I love their sandwiches, and want to give them credit for that, but seriously, you're not making a 5 course meal... it's a deli sandwich. Just wipe off the counter when you're done. Honestly, I love this place, but this makes you look lazy and uncaring about your customers. If I came in 5 minutes before you close, I get it, but really... To be fair, their breads are fresh, creative, and worth coming in to try, if you haven't before. Top notch ingredients and baking expertise. Very disappointing visit.

First visit today. The service and food were good, but it was hard not to notice not only how dirty everything was but also how the entire place needs attention. Floor, tables dirty and sticky. Bathroom has not been deep cleaned in some time and needs maintenance. The toilet needs replacing, the door does not lock, and there is no where to hang a jacket or purse. With the level of dirt on the floor, there was no way I was placing my things on the floor. Fixing the door that does not lock with a sign that states knock first because the door does not lock? I was very worried I would be walked in on. Replacing a door knob is pretty simple and inexpensive, I don’t understand why this has not been addressed immediately. Sitting down at the table closest to the window, the table was so wobbly it felt like it would tip over. I did mention it to the staff and they agreed that needed attention. The second table I sat at was better but also very wobbly. I had to ask staff to wash the table as every spot was dirty. I enjoyed my sandwich but the lack of cleanliness and attention to detail made me question the safety of the food. I hope these issues will be addressed as this spot has great potential.

I started getting bread loaves and pastries from this location about a month ago and have been so pleased with every thing I buy. My young sons look forward to sandwiches and breakfasts and I enjoy knowing that I’m giving them quality food. I had an issue recently with ordering items through a delivery app and when I called the store, the owner Joey was a delight and fixed the issue right away so I could get my Great Harvest fix! I recommend this place to everyone I know!

My online order for 2 sandwiches was confirmed on line but they had not even started to make them when I arrived on time to pick them up. The employee didn’t even apologize. In addition there were what looked like many us coins laying out on the apparently wood counter where food is placed and sandwiches made.

We ordered three dozen scones for a baby shower party, and the staff at Great Harvest Bread made the process incredibly quick and easy! I placed the order three weeks in advance, scheduled the delivery date and time, and on the day of the event, I simply walked in, and the order was ready. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the scones, and they looked fantastic on our display!

I have been here several times and the staff is always wonderful and very nice. The bread is the best, there’s so much variety and even seasonal stuff. My favorite is the cinnamon roll. One of the best bakeries I’ve been to in the metro area.
