First time in Denver, first time at Sweet Bloom and it was amazing. Joe was super patient with us, offering us samples of different blends and explaining the process they go through to develop the different varieties of bean. The coffee was unlike anything we’ve experienced and the atmosphere was chill and inviting. Definitely check this place out!!

Coffee was phenomenal, they can grind for each cup for pour over or espresso so you can try whatever coffee they have. Incredibly friendly staff and service is outstanding. My only minor food complaint was that I personally wasn’t a fan of one of the baked goods but I am sure most people would really enjoy them. They have a active roaster in the store so you get to smell the coffee as it’s being roasted. Theres good enough seating if you don’t go when it’s busy to sit and work or enjoy a cup of coffee. Would highly recommend if you are in the area and enjoy coffee to come here.

A genuinely 10/10 experience. It's rare that a place impresses me so much that I have to immediately leave a positive review. I'm on a long road trip, and the guy at the counter gave me a nice sample of some very unique and delicious beans. Absolutely amazing coffee. If this is how good pour over coffee can be, I might switch from espresso. Plus, I got a free muffin because they were closing and it was headed for the trash. I wanted to get some more coffee and tip very well, but they shut down the espresso machine at exactly 1pm. So instead of a nice tip, take the best review I can give a place. 10/10 service, great atmosphere, and 11/10 coffee. Reasonable prices, if you're not doing specialty beans. If I lived in the area, I'm not sure I'd go anywhere else.

I have lived near here for years and just stumbled across this shop this morning. I can't wait to go back! Wonderful atmosphere. It's really cool to see all the roasting equipment. Super nice staff. I ordered my coffee to go and the guy who made it walked from behind the counter to deliver it to me which was very nice and above and beyond what I was expecting. Most importantly it was absolutely delicious. I got a latte and a scone and both were such a treat. I will absolutely be back and I can't wait to take some beans home with me!

I've lived in the area for over a year and had no idea this was here. found it today and stopped in. got two coffees, came out fast and tasted great. also tried the sweet potato and chive biscuit and it was stupid good. the cashier who checked me out was also super friendly. i will be back!

My favorite coffee spot for consistency and flavorful blends. I've been coming here for the past 10 years - pretty much since they opened. In the past few years we've been picking up their coffee beans and grinding them at home and I'm never disappointed. This location is their first and where they roast - so it can feel crowded sometimes, but we normally grab to go here! I normally get a simple "chilled" latte (there's no ice but its still cold and doesn't get watered down like ice would normally do) & a cortado which is always great
