The wife and I had passed this place a couple of times driving from Longmont. We decided to stop and check it out, and wow! We weren’t disappointed! I had the Gyro Burger, and my wife had the Gyro Salad. The burger was amazing! The gyro meat added an amazing taste combination and the fries were perfect. My wife’s salad was perfect, the veggies were fresh and flavorful, and the gyro meat, has to be the best I’ve ever had! 5 Star Rating well earned. Lastly, the 2 young ladies working that day, 01 Feb 12:12 PM, were courteous, professional, and very pleasant!! They both get 5 Stars!! Regards, James & Nancy from Longmont

Food was okay, got a falafel wrap and it was nothing to write home about. One son got the beef, he said it was good. Another son got a burger which was all bun. Boyfriend got gyros he said were meh and not much meat. Atmosphere? What Atmosphere? I wouldn't make the trip back unfortunately

When I say coming here is a pleasure I say that with a huge smile on my face and a mouth full of amazing food. I have been searching for a great gyro place since I moved to Northern Colorado TEN years ago, and found this place by accident. I'm so happy that I did. The food is great and the young female that works there just makes a plate of food with such passion you can taste it. I try to stop here at least once or twice a week before going home. Please never close. Northern Colorado cannot afford to lose such a great food place.

Always on point. Every time. My go to is the gyro bowl with the rice, Tzatziki + garlic sauce and the veggies. These guys and gals are top tier. If there's ever a line, it's worth the wait and moves fast. These guys are doing it right!

Hole in the wall place I've over looked for a while. But very impressive. The food was awesome. I had the beef and it was very good but the gyro was the best. My wife and I were very impressed by the service of the young lady who served us. We also really enjoyed supporting our local businesses. We'll definitely be returning.

I can’t say enough good things about The Meat Revolution! The food was absolutely fabulous—every bite was bursting with flavor, and it’s clear they put a lot of heart into what they do. What truly made my day, though, were Marla and Jasmine. These two are beyond awesome! Their warmth, friendliness, and genuine passion for their work made the experience unforgettable. I can’t thank them enough for their incredible hospitality and great conversation. I’ll be telling all my friends about this amazing place. If you’re looking for phenomenal food and outstanding people, this is the spot! Thank you, Marla and Jasmine—you’ve got a customer for life! Closest thing to a doner since Germany.

The ladies here do a phenomenal job. Good service and generous portions. Been going here almost every day because of it. The dude with the baseball cap and tattoos does not. Spent 5 minutes in the lobby waiting for him to get off his phone and acknowledge my existence. No greeting or anything thought he was a customer honestly. He then begins to ask what I want. I ask about the Thursday gyro special. Gyro with fries and a drink. Okay that sounds good. He rings me up and it's the same price as a gyro combo. I question this and ask if they do the combo every day. They do. Why advertise this as a Thursday special? Dude then proceeds to start making my gyro and just assumes what I want on it. I correct him and say I don't want that sauce. He puts it on anyway I guess being too lazy to make a new one. After I pay on the way out he immediately goes straight back to his phone. Must be pretty important to blatantly disregard your job. I get home and my gyro has less than half the meat it usually does. Waste of $15. Won't be coming back while he's working again.
