One of the best Mediterranean restaurants we’ve ever been to. Delicious dishes, beautifully presented, very friendly and helpful owners and staff that made one feel like we visited old friends. We passed through Ridgway several times this summer and after discovering Kismet Cafe it became our go to restaurant. The Sharwarma Wrap was my favorite choice with Zaba, Tzatziki, Veggies, Pickled Feta, Olives, Harissa. My vegetarian wife had a Mezze Plate of Falafel, Tabouli, Saba, Veggies, Tahini, Pickled Seeds, Olives and Harissa which also was absolutely delicious (photo attached). Their pita bread is baked on site and to order is unbelievably tasty and makes the meal even more delicious.

Yay for Mediterranean food! It is worth the effort to get in here during the week. Thursday has music. I love the salad with chicken schwarma, and as much as I try, I can’t resist the soft, perfect pita. Thanks for diversifying the options in Ridgway! I will add photos of my food next time!

Seriously great to have more vegan options in the San Juans. The food was tasty and homemade- homemade pita bread, deserts, everything. Tasty sauces. Nice selection of NA Beers (non-alcoholic). Option of pita, rice or salad. Hummus was delicious too. I bit pricey but I’m not complaining because of the lack of other options and the above average food quality.

Outstanding! So glad Ridgeway now has Kismet as one of our dining options. The Baklava was so flaky and delicious we ate it before our meal and before I could take a picture. Looking forward to returning.

SERIOUSLY delicious. So much stuff is fresh and it's seriously the best falafel I have EVER had, no contest. The oat milk latte was delicious too! Awesome to find yet another great place with vegan options in Ridgway. Can't wait to come back here!

Ridgway remains a small, dusty town where western saloons stay shackled to the past; working cowboys call it home, and most streets are yet unpaved. Then, in the middle of town, there is this anomalous jewel: a simple Mediterranean menu composed with excellence. Their chicken shawarma is among the best I've had, and the baklava might just change your perspective on life. For your own cultural sake, Kismet Cafe comes highly recommended. Don't pass town without trying it!

Excellent food! The pita chips are hand made and have a special Mediterranean spice that is just absolutely delicious. I would've liked some more non-lettuce on my Greek salad, but the dressing was great and the ingredients were very fresh. My husband ordered a custom pita sandwich that was very flavorful, well-cooked, and well-proportioned. My kids got the kids plate, which had a great amount of food. I loved the rice so much, I ordered a side for myself. The atmosphere was very modern, but it was a nice fast casual place for families and other tourists. Overall I would highly recommend the restaurant.
