So happy to have found this gem. Was driving through the area and was on a mission to find grass fed meat. Excellent clean store front and friendly staff, with so much options to choose from. Trying the steak and ground beef and will return to try some pork soon. I’m adding pictures of some other preserves I found to try as well. Yummmmmm

1st time at this location, looking for meat alternatives to grocery stores and other local meat markets. Very nice area, Ashley was very helpful in answering our questions. These farmers have a nice, clean set up. Loved the area, their property layout and store. They not only supply their own products but local products too. Will be exploring other farmed locations before purchasing.

Was great to visit the ranch and see the whole operation! They have great beef and beautiful property, well worth a drive from Tampa to learn about the history of ranching in Florida and see historic Floral City.

I am very glad we made the drive over. We purchased ribeye and porterhouse. The ribeye we had today was amazing. We really enjoyed the flavor, much better than high end steakhouses that we have gone to. The friendly service was great as well. Thank you for exceeding our expectations and we will see you again, soon 😊.

It’s been 2 years since we started getting beef here and what a game changer. Not only is it always so delicious but knowing it’s supporting this lovely family and getting beef that is not pumped with a bunch of hormones is a plus. AND Megan and Billy are always so welcoming. Their ground beef is the only ground beef I’ll eat now. It’s just too good. Thanks for always such superb service and delicious beef. Oh and that smoked salt to top off the steaks is our favorite lately!
