This is the best place for sushi in Tenerife! The staff was friendly and the quality and presentation of the food was superb. The menu is quite extensive with about 100 items which all look delicious. We will def make this our go to spot for sushi and highly recommend it. If you are in the South area you should check it out!

Japanese food is simple and delicate in taste but it’s also complicated. In terms of sushi, it’s not just making the rice and throw on sliced fish or making into a roll. To be a good sushi chef, it can take up to 10 years of dedication and devotion learning not only how to cook and mix the rice correctly so the grain doesn’t fall apart, but also to have a full understanding of various types of fish and how to cut the fish. It is essential to know how thinly to cut the fish, which part, in what direction and how each would taste when it’s cut in a certain way. It’s a delicate balance of each ingredient of rice, fish, seaweed etc. to make it taste exceptionally good. Unlike many sushi restaurants in the south of Tenerife, at El Rincon del Sushi, you can be sure that the rice is flavored just right with balanced ingredients, quality fresh fish and high standards of service. Although sushi seems like a simple dish, it's not often you find a place that balances the right amounts of fish to rice and condiments, but this place nails it. The other dishes I tried, namely the tempura, the wagyu sashimi and the gyozas we're also spectacular. The service was top notch as well, timing the dishes perfectly so they don't pile up on your table and giving you time to enjoy everything, all while keeping a friendly and very kind attitude. The cherry on the cake is that parking is plentyful, although this place is worth walking a mile to get to if need be. Will definitely be coming back.

We've been looking for excellent sushi restaurant and have tried various places in Tenerife- including reputable ones in Santa Cruz... We were very impressed with this find. Unlike many other Sushi restaurants in Tenerife, at El Rincon del Sushi, you will find the Chef who Knows the Art of Sushi and that makes the world of difference! You will find a friendly staff who presents variety and creativity, properly balanced and portioned, extremely tasty and impressionable sushi at El Rincon in old town Adeje. A Must! Highly recommended!

It's my favourite Japanese restaurant, I always go there. The sushi is fresh, good quality and the service is excellent. If you don't like raw fish, they also cook it. There is also ramen 🍜. I totally suggest this place.
