This is one of the top sushi places I’ve experienced. We came for lunch, and there were three rolls available - spicy salmon, spicy tuna, and dynamite. All the ingredients from the fish to the avocado were fresh. The dynamite roll was my absolute favorite, made with real crab and served with a side of truffle butter, which instead of dipping, I rather put it in the butter and allowed it to soak into the crab and the rice. Perfect is the word!

I don’t often write reviews, however I feel like I would have appreciated being fore-warned about something marketed as a fine-dining sushi experience that (in my opinion) was not worth the cost or the wait. My nights in Valencia are limited and I feel like I would have better enjoyed myself at the Valencian cafe around the corner. I’ve never been to a place where they break the music every 30 minutes for a live singer to perform. It felt awkward - and I love live music - but not when someone is walking around singing to the 4 occupied tables in the place. I think this should be something they are more transparent about in their advertising because it could be a turn off to many. We didn’t get much to eat but one of the items we did order never came and when we asked for it, they told us they ran out. I get that, it happens; however, for the food we did eat, every plate was drowning in sauce and was very unappetizing. The interior design of the place is super eclectic and energetic and it is located inside one of the coolest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. I really think this restaurant is missing an opportunity to impress. Hopefully my honesty inspires to seek solutions. All the best.

We had an overall good experience at Salvaje. The atmosphere was lively, and our server, Alejandro, was accommodating and had a fantastic smile, which made the evening enjoyable. The food was decent, though on the pricey side for what it was. Many of the rolls featured snow crab, which seemed like a cost-saving choice compared to using other types of fish. Overall we had a nice time dancing after dinner with drinks

Amazing experience, super friendly staff carried my baby in the stroller up the stairs of the hotel, restaurant has japanies style and the vibe is great! Super friendly staff and the food was so good, best sushi I have had, also the edamame are a must try! Every thing was good from the sushi to the desserts and including the coctails, had 3 signature and all of them I would recomend. Cant recommend this place enough + there is a short show every now and then, really fun. Want to give special thanks to our servers Leon and Ilena.

An incredible dining experience from start to finish! The atmosphere is lively, people are dressed elegantly. There is a vibrant dancing show that adds to the experience. It’s the perfect spot for big groups, celebrations, or even bachelorette parties—as our case. The food was absolutely tremendous. Every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavour. The rock shrimp tempura was so good, we ordered it twice! If you're visiting Valencia, this place is a must. Tip: Make sure to book a table in advance.

They ask for your name and phone number before you are seated, just in case you get ill while eating. Seriously? You're going to call me while I'm choking on a bone? 😂😂😂Then there is the service. Three servers waiting on as many tables and you still have to call out to get their attention. The crab sushi in soy paper and accompanied with truffle butter is only something that a western person with little exposure to Asian flavours could have designed! The salmon is described on the menu to come with bok choy. Though the salmon was grilled to perfection, there was not a single leaf of bok choy in sight. Just crisp kale. The dessert could have been good if the ice cream wasn't served half melted. It had obviously been sitting out for some time. The pour for wines is not consistent- I expect better for Euros 7 per glass. Overall, this place is pretentious and a disrespect to Japanese cuisine they claim they are serving.
